Snow, the First time..

As the first flakes of snow hit the windshield,
My eyes could not believe what it saw,
Like rain droplets they were
Hovering a little, they fell like cotton,blown by a breeze...

As I looked at the horizon, the mountains loomed,
They suddenly looked whiter !
As I kept going on, the tiled roofs looked white!
It was snowing, for the first time & here I was seeing!
I opened the window, chilly the air or not I never knew,
For I just wanted to catch snow !
Snow at Brashov: It started snowing, so lovely it felt. Guess its the beginner's joy
As the ice droplets fell on my hand, a child within me bloomed..
How can it be so I kept thinking, how lovely it was...
The child within me blurted out!!
With Snow balls and snow men, I spent the next one hour,
like a child my antics drew, how playful I was...
Forget did I the responsibilities of life,
Forget did I about time, for it was secondary....
Oh God, so much you have created, so many things..
I hope in my life, I will get to see most of
What beauty you have created...
